On 2 May 1519 probably the greatest universal genius of all time Leonardo da Vinci, died. Revell honours the artist, anatomist and engineer with a selection of kits of his greatest inventions. The elaborate models made of from the authentic material wood are sometimes mobile and allow one to come very close to Leonardo’s groundbreaking ideas. With the propeller, Leonardo had the idea of a revolving wing as early as 1480.
